To contractors and agents who request details of any client suitable as a candidate for a specific employment position offered. Subject to your approval, your C.V. only will be provided.

All such recipients will only have access to your C.V. as required by them to perform their recruitment function and are not permitted to use such personal information for any other purposes. These recipients will be subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.

To government or law enforcement authorities if we determine in our sole discretion that we are under a legal obligation to do so.

 

IP addresses and cookies

  • We do not collect information about your computer, including (where available) your IP address, operating system, or browser type.
  • We do not obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on your device.
  • If your computer is shared with others, we advise that you do not select the ‘remember my details’ if offered that option.
