About Me & PCC

At PCC I believe I am the longest operating Career Consultant providing professionally delivered, supportive and most importantly, successful career change and redeployment assistance to both corporate and private clients across all sectors of Irish Industry.

My past private clients most of whom are CEO's, MD's, Heads of Function and senior people of all kinds have all availed of my services and successfully managed their redeployment mostly with increased salary, enhanced rewards and greatly improved work/life balance.

My experience and reputation of over 24 years is proven by the high level of referring clients and as a consequence of the Outplacement programmes I have conducted throughout the country.

I have always ensured that all PCC consultants are highly experienced and in the past all have held senior appointments in industry. It is only in this manner that we can be fully aware of the relevant issues confronting managers and are therefore well placed to provide impartial advice with senior people and at the same level.

In my career I have been Sales Director with DBM Ireland one of the largest Outplacement Consultancies in the world. Before this I managed several businesses in the Outplacement sector.

Previously I was in product development, sales and marketing throughout Europe with a Swiss owned multinational manufacturing company. I was subsequently retained by a major, private Irish company to develop from green field site to full operations a new multi million pound manufacturing facility in the FMCG sector in Dublin.

Relevant experience includes:

• Managing the largest Outplacement assignment ever in Ireland which supported over 1,260 participants.
• Having held M.D. roles in industry with full financial responsibility.
• Delivering Interview Technique training to the MBA students at the Smurfit Business School, Carysfort Avenue.

• Speaking on Career Matters on Newstalk
• Developing Consulting programmes in the areas of Selection, Development, Retention and Transition all being within the life-cycle of people in organisations.
